REMUNERATION OF SENIOR POSTS

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has today announced a Review of the States Management of the Remuneration of Senior Posts, to be conducted by The Comptroller & Auditor General, Chris Swinson OBE, at the request of the PAC.

Mr Swinson has therefore published the Terms of Reference for the Review, which will examine remuneration levels for senior staff in the States and how they have changed in recent years, short term and interim contracts for senior managers and the respective costs incurred, States’ controls on the recruitment of senior staff and the value for money of those appointments.
